ActivCarolina 2012 Conference FAQ's

How much does the conference cost? The ActivCarolina 2012 Conference is FREE to all attendees! What about CEU’s? Since every school district is different, we will provide a certificate of attendance to each participant. Please check with your district prior to attending if this is a concern of yours. What will I do for lunch? Lunch will be on your own. Once the conference gets closer, a map of local restaurants will be posted on this site. How do I sign up for sessions? Sessions attendance will be a first come, first serve basis. More than likely, room capacity will be at 20 participants. Can I bring my laptop? We highly encourage you to bring your laptop so that you can get some hands-on experience while at the event. Please keep in mind that your laptop will likely go dead before the end of the day. You may want to bring your charger. We will do our very best to provide power strips in the session rooms. Will there be internet access? Currently, the only internet access will be in the computer lab and media center. Additionally, each presenter will have access to the internet if needed. What happens if there is inclement weather? TBD
